Michael Isaacs is a healthcare executive and operator with a track record of leading multi-site, multi-state organizations through turnaround, growth, and transition. He partners with boards, investors, lenders, and leadership teams to stabilize performance, scale platforms, and turn priorities into accountable action.

His experience spans urgent care, value-based primary care, dialysis, behavioral health, and ancillary healthcare services. It includes P&L leadership of a $60 million business line, $6 million in EBITDA improvement, approximately $4 million in operating efficiencies, rapid provider-network expansion, and the sale and integration of a private equity-backed platform.

Michael holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University, a master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University.
