Michael Isaacs is a healthcare executive and operator with experience leading multi-site, multi-state organizations through turnaround, growth, and transition. He has partnered with boards, investors, lenders, and executive teams to stabilize performance, scale platforms, and translate strategic priorities into operating discipline and measurable results.
Across urgent care, value-based primary care, dialysis, behavioral health, and ancillary healthcare services, Michael has combined P&L ownership, organizational design, workforce strategy, and field execution. His experience includes leadership of a $60 million business line, delivery of $6 million in EBITDA improvement and approximately $4 million in operating efficiencies, and support for the successful sale and integration of a private equity-backed platform.
Michael holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University, a master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University. He also serves on the advisory boards of NovaNav and TalentBloom.
